Movema is a multi-award winning, registered dance charity based in Liverpool and Bristol.
Co-founded in 2009 by four culturally, and socio-economically diverse females. Movema runs classes, performances, events, and festivals to bring different communities together to share and celebrate our different heritages and world dance styles, to foster tolerance and understanding.
Movema is an all-female team with extensive dancing backgrounds ranging from many practices and cultures. Together with their team in Bristol, they come together and coordinate workshops, events and performances to grow the world dance community with inclusivity and diversity in mind.
