Wirral Lowry expert Colin Dilnot conducted a walking tour of resonant sites in New Brighton, where the writer was born in 1909. Starting at the blue plaque honoring Lowry on the promenade sea wall - unveiled earlier that year - the route took in the lighthouse and other landmarks.
