Exhibition by one of the UK's foremost political artists, in which Kennard responded to violations of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights with a powerful installation of mixed media drawings and sculptural elements.

Subtitled Scraps from a Reading Room, Unwords was a solo show that occupied all the gallery spaces and was accompanied by a publication. In a walking tour of the exhibition, Mayor of London Ken Livingstone responded to Kennard's work. This Bluecoat touring show also traveled to Shrewsbury and Coventry.
