Max Eastley's gallery exhibition was accompanied by metal wind chimes installed on the balcony wall outside Bluecoat's concert hall, overlooking the garden. The sound sculpture remained there for many years.

During the exhibition, Eastley brought his improvised music performance, Whirled Music - with Paul Burwell, David Toop and Steve Beresford - to the venue. One of the audience members shares his memories of that night here.
