Bluecoat's Liverpool Live programme of live art for the 2008 Liverpool Biennial comprised a reopening commission from Geraldine Pilgrim, working with pupils from Blue Coat School; the National Finale of Rules & Regs; and German artist Hannah Hurtzig/Mobile Academy's participative performance, Blackmarket, which took over the building.
