Bluecoat's live art programme for the 2006 Liverpool Biennial, Liverpool Live responded to a city in transition, with the central area a huge building construction site. Presented offsite while Bluecoat was closed for its capital development, the programme included Marcus Young's slow walk in nearby Church Street.
