Alan Dunn, Euro 96 Football Artist in Residence

During the group stage of the Euro 96 Football Championship in Liverpool in June that year, Bluecoat presented a programme of events on a football theme, including theatre, music, a poet in residence, an exhibition of football record sleeves, a footy memorabilia road show, banners on the building created by David Jacques, a 'late-night fashion show with a difference’ devised and directed by Jayne Casey and Roger Hill, and a football artist in residence, Alan Dunn, who created courtyard hoardings and a banner installation.
