Over 30 artists exhibited in this show heralding the start of the year marking 25 years of the gallery in its (then) current configuration, although exhibitions had been held in various rooms at Bluecoat since 1908.

It was accompanied by a documentary display charting that quarter-century history of exhibitions and the launch of a Bluecoat calendar for 1993.
